I have a great relationship with numbers and their application in business though I came from a culinary arts background. I have held long term positions as a supervising buyer for a San Francisco based hotel, distribution manager, sales and purchasing manager and ultimately general manager for a micro bread company. These experiences were vital in the development of, opening of and successful operation of my own gourmet food distribution business and now in real estate.
I started working in the property management industry in 1998. Within 1 year I became the General Manager, administering and directing an operation consisting of up to 14 buildings in 4 cities simultaneously. I was integrally involved with the refinance, sale and purchase of at least 10 commercial properties. I have significant experience with low income housing occupancy issues and received my Fair Housing Coordinator certification in 2007.
I am currently living with my wonderful wife of 14 years, and 2 awesome children, ages 7 and 16.
